Fueling the illusion of choice

I came across this great chart in one of the many email newsletters I subscribe to — I think it does a wonderful job of showing how we as consumers in many markets really face only the “illusion” of choice in our day to day shopping routines. This is most likely not a big surprise to anybody in the industry or those who are aware of how multinational business entities work, however it might come as a bit of a shock to someone who never really thought very much about it… click here to see the web page:
